Ingredients:● 1 box chocolate cake mix w. chocolate pudding in the mix● 3 eggs● 1/2 cup cold water● 1/3 cup canola oil● 1/2 cup Benigna's Creek Delight Wine● 8 oz Cool Whip● Fresh berries for garnish (optional)Instructions:1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two 9X2 circle cake pans.2. Mix all ingredients and pour the batter into the greased baking pans.3. Bake cakes for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of thecake comes out clean.4. Let the cakes cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.5. While the cakes are still warm, prick with a toothpick all over and add the glaze.6. Cool cakes completely and layer in Coolwhip & Fresh Berries.
Benigna’s Creek Delight Wine Glaze● 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar● 1⁄3 cup butter melted● 1⁄3 - 1⁄2 cup Benigna’s Delight WineWhisk together the above ingredients until smooth. Spoon over Benigna’s CreekDelight Wine Cake while the cake is still warm.
