Shipping & Return Policies
750 ml size bottles are available for wine shipments. At this time, Benigna's Creek is licensed to ship within the state of Pennsylvania. We cannot accommodate out of state shipments.
Individuals must be 21+ to purchase and receive alcohol deliveries. Please note, a person of age must be available to sign for packages upon arrival (UPS will not leave wine without a valid signature and ID).
Shipping is unavailable to PO Boxes. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS.
Please note, should your package be damaged upon transit, UPS will not deliver it and you will be notified as soon as possible of the delay. Benigna's Creek will notify you when your "new" shipment is underway. Benigna's Creek is not responsible for shipment damages or delays.
Since wine is a perishable item, we are unable to accept returns for any reason.
