If you’ve ever had the opportunity to walk the aisles of a farmer’s market in mid- spring, you know the excitement felt by customers and growers as local produce comes into season. This time of year signals the beginning of warmer weather, grilling, campfires, tailgates and lazy summer days. As lifelong farmers and winemakers, Rick and Mike were determined to develop a fruit wine that captured this long anticipated time of year. Along the east coast, strawberries are the first fruit to come into season, making Strawberry the obvious choice.
